Problem Report Form

Use this form to inform WellSight Systems of your problem.

Follow the steps under ‘Before contacting WellSight Systems‘ before reporting a problem.

Supply complete information below. The more detail you can provide, the faster we will be able to resolve the problem.

Be as specific about the circumstances leading up to the problem as possible. Ideally, provide an exact sequence of steps that will cause the problem repeatedly. For example:

  • Run┬áStripLog 8
  • Open MYFILE.SL8
  • Select File | Import | LAS
  • Choose MYDATA.LAS.
  • Assign Gas Curves 1 through 5 to the appropriate curves of curve track 2.
  • Click OK.
  • The error message appears. (Copy any error messages exactly under “Error Message(s)”)

If the problem is related to a specific strip log file(s) (e.g. MYLOG.SL6) and/or data file(s) (e.g. DATA.LAS), attach the files below. You may also want to include a screen shot of the problem (please use a compressed image format like GIF or JPG, if possible).
